A group of Criminal Justice specialists established the ADCM, LLC because they recognized the city's need for housing facilities that would serve a diverse multi-cultural population.

Darlene Morris / Love and Care Residential Systems provides single-parent, female-headed families with shelter and supportive services. Darlene Morris / Love and Care has been in operation since 1968 and currently provides 72 women and children with home-like residences.

For more than 30 years, Carroll Park Community Council Inc. has been providing low-income residents of West Philadelphia with referrals to social service resources. Carroll Community Council Inc. believes that improved community health, access to available housing, energy programs and education, economic development, and job referrals are essential elements in making community revitalization possible.
