The City of Philadelphia Office of Supportive Housing serves as the lead agency for the coordination and submission of the McKinney Homeless Assistance Programs consolidated grant application to the Department of Housing and Urban Development.  The attached RFI and related documents are for current McKinnney funded supportive housing programs that must come in for renewal funding.
