The Office of Supportive Housing (OSH) is requesting contract renewal information for Fiscal Year 2010 from agencies currently contracted to provide Emergency Housing Services for Families.

The deadline for submission of information is Wednesday, February 20, 2009 and your proposal package will consist of one (1) original proposal as well as fifteen (15) copies.  Additionally, you are required to e-mail your scope of service, budget and budget narrative to Kelly.J.Uckun@phila.gov.

We have scheduled a mandatory briefing on this RFI at which we will review the new requirements and submissions.  If you do not attend this mandatory briefing, you are jeopardizing the opportunity for the City to renew your contract.  The briefing is scheduled for Monday, January 12, 2009, at 10:00 AM in the Municipal Services Building, 1401 JFK Boulevard, 16^th Floor, Room “B”.

Copies of the budget forms will be emailed to everyone who attends the briefing session. Alternatively, you may contact Kelly Uckun to request that the budget forms be emailed to you.
